- Teacher-built, age-appropriate lessons from Prep to Year 12 include classroom resources, detailed teacher guides and take-home materials—all prepared to help teachers deliver with confidence.
- Calming activities are available through our 3Cs website to help manage immediate distress and support emotional regulation.
- Children, young people and families can contact our 24/7 Cyber Incident Helpline for support when an incident occurs.
- Where ongoing support would be beneficial, we can refer the impacted person to our psychology team for counselling to help them process the incident and recover.
- Our Tech & Risk Shield helps schools understand and manage their cyber security risks through practical, specialist guidance.
- Schools can access cyber security specialists for advice and support where an incident affects—or could affect—the safety of students, staff or school operations.
- Schools receive an annual Essential Eight maturity assessment, with clear, prioritised recommendations to strengthen their cyber security.
- Ongoing virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) support helps schools address identified risks, improve security controls and make informed decisions throughout the year.
- Our Investigation Shield helps schools and families respond to serious online incidents with clear, practical investigation support. Our investigations are victim safety investigations for students and teachers.
- Provides an impartial, evidence-led investigation to help schools and families understand what happened and what to do next.
- Uses structured investigative methods, digital evidence review and open-source intelligence to identify relevant information, preserve evidence and build a clearer picture of the incident to mitigate ongoing risk and future harm.

We contact authorised school staff when a concern is sufficiently connected to the school or requires its involvement, using the arrangements agreed during onboarding. Private conversations are not automatically shared with the school.
Where counselling or a specialist investigation is needed, we explain the options and agree that work separately.
